Dioctyl phthalate, as a general-purpose main plasticizer, is mainly used in the processing of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to enhance the flexibility of products. It is widely compatible with PVC products such as films, artificial leather, cable materials, and hoses. It is also used in gas chromatography stationary liquids and performance testing of high-efficiency filters. Some compliant grades can be used in the processing of food/medical packaging materials.
